• Powerpac's 2in1 Twin-Tub Mini Washing Machine PPW920 is a portable washing machine that performs the 3 important functions of a much larger washing machine: WASH, RINSE, SPIN.

  It is especially useful for those who find it inconvenient to install a separate water line into a washing machine. You don't have to lug heavy buckets of water to put into the washing machine either. Just place the open end of your existing water hose into the Water Inlet of the washing machine and open the tap. You don't have to pour out the used water either. Just put the Water Outlet Hose down to allow water to flow into your toilet or drain pipe. To dry your clothes, just transfer the wet clothes from the Wash Tub to the Spin Tub.

  Its small dimensions - only 58 x 36 x 58 cm - is a plus for those with little or no space for a full-sized washing machine. Despite that, it can clean a sizeable amount of clothes, around 3 kg of it. It can be stored in a cupboard when not in use, and can often save you money, space, water and electricity in the long run.

  You can also use it to wash your pet's clothes, blankets, toys, etc. if you do not wish to wash them in your main washing machine.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from japanhomeeshop.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@japanhome.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
