Shipping

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Please note that pre-order items may take a longer time to arrive compared to ready-stock items. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 months.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping fee of $30 is included for all orders below $200. Standard shipping fee of $20 is included for all orders above $200. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from japanhomeeshop.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@japanhome.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
