USAGE:
Open the plastic lid and the resealable sticker to pull out the wipes. Close the plastic lid and the resealable label immediately after use to prevent unused wipes from drying out.

CAUTION:
For external use only. Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical assistance. Not to be used on babies under one year old. Do not flush down the toilet. Keep out of reach of children.

STORAGE:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Away from direct sunlight.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from japanhomeeshop.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@japanhome.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
